According to recent polls, up to 75 % of the Swiss workforce is not really engaged at work. Many people report that they lost and are looking for more meaning and new motivation. Do you feel that your work no longer makes sense? Have you lost your motivation? Or did you find it this again? At the lost&found office for lost meaning and drive at work, current lost or found meaning at work experiences can be registered.
The pop-up lost property office playfully draws attention to a serious social, and personally relevant, topic. As a lost property office, passers-by have the opportunity to submit a lost or found sense of meaning at work in the form of a lost or found property report. An image gallery of participants holding up a message to describe the essence of what has been lost or found, serves as a further reminder to themselves and the world. The campaign runs online on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram under the hashtag #lostfound.
Conceptualised and led by Björn Müller in collaboration with STRIDE - unSchool for Entrepreneurial Leadership. The pop-up Lost&Found office has taken place at various locations in Zürich since April 2018. For future dates and ways to participate visit www.lostfound.ch or share your story using #lostfound on social media.
